Celebrating December

This last Saturday we had a great day. We started off the morning with my (1 out of only 2) nephew's being baptized. What a great example Jason is to his family and to all his cousins.

We followed up the baptism with a delicious lunch and entertaining conversation at my brother and sister-in-law's home while all the cousins ran around and played. After our stay there, we ventured up to my other brother and sister-in-law's house to celebrate the November/December birthdays and decorate our gingerbread houses for the year. The day was filled with all the people we love and the spirit of the Christmas season.

We let the daddies supervise while the moms prepared dinner.

Looks like fun! One of my favorite holiday traditions is decorating gingerbread houses as a family.
