Yesterday was our ward's Primary Sacrament Program. I'm documenting this because it was Kennedy's first program she participated in! In my rush of a morning to get there early, I neglected to take a picture of her. So, just imagine her in an adorable black and charcoal dress, hair pulled back with a black ribbon, meticulously curled hair and a smile adorning her face. That was Kennedy. I was so proud of her! Being that I am in Primary and was in charge of the program I had to sit on the stand so therefore I couldn't see her cute little face during the songs. But, according to daddy and two sets of doting grandparents, she did great. She would sing the first and last line of each song and put her fingers in her mouth the rest of the time. I guess it's probably a nervous habit. I was nervous too! Our ward is HUGE and we fill up almost half-way into the gym every Sunday. Yesterday was no exception so there were a lot of people watching! This was my 3rd year writing the program and I feel each year just gets better and better. All the Primary children do amazing and I was so proud of them too! A big thanks to all my MV friends with Primary-age children (and all those without too!). The success of yesterday couldn't have been done without all of you!

Wow Sarah, what are you going to do for your next trick walk on water? Just kidding you are such an amazing person I wanna be just like you when I grow up I don't know how you do it all and with a smile, Cheryl told me it was the very best Primary Program she has seen!Kennedy I bet you were amazing we just love and adore you!
It really was great. Nice job Sarah. I was jonesing over Piper's hat!!!!
It's okay if Lily has a "VINE" destiny...her dad is a landscaper!!
So happy to hear everything went well and as planned and from the sounds of it...it sounds like you had a pleased congregation!!! Great job Kennedy, how special the grandparents were able to be in attendance as well.
you are a superstar for writing it for 3 years! Ours was on Sunday as well and Ella LOVED seeing her 3 brothers on the stand. Not sure if everyone else in the congregation wanted to hear her laughing and squealing and waving...but it was cute to us!
I am sure Kennedy was beautiful!
Wish our grandparents were close enough to attend our events...that is the thing I miss most!
Your wrote 3 Primary programs!? We had our program this past Sunday too and it was a little crazy. I can't imagine being involved in it 3 years in a row, let alone writing them. You're awesome, your ward should give you a raise!
high fives, superlady!
Yay! Go Sarah! Ours went well and thank goodness it's over! It's crazy how it consumes so much of your time and thoughts and I didn't even put it together (my counselor did). Hopefully you are enjoying the rest and relaxation...until the next activity and so on, right? :) I bet Kennedy was super-cute!
Way to go! I can't believe how big your ward is. That would make anyone nervous.
Sarah it was so wonderful...and not just my sweet girls! jk:) GREAT JOB!
I especially loved the Called to Serve wake-up song.
