A Day in the Seattle Sun

If my memory serves me correctly, and my counting right, I think we've now had 6 straight days of SUN!!! Here in Seattle, that is an occasion, especially this time of year, to blog about! After spending the first couple of days somewhat cooped up in our house because Pieper had the flu, it was time to actually get out for more than 45 minutes and enjoy some much needed vitamin D. So, today, the girls and I packed up a lunch and headed to the beautiful Lake Wilderness park, right here in Maple Valley, and enjoyed a fun, sun-filled day. Kennedy loved feeding the ducks and the girls thought it was great fun picking up sticks and floating them down the creek. Grandma Jackson even brought Naomi and Noelle to join in on the fun and mommy had many great opportunities to take lots of fun pictures.
