Today's the Day!
For daddy's day out! Jake has wanted to, for quite a while now, take Kennedy for the day and do some fun activities with her. Today probably hasn't come at a more appropriate time- mommy's fighting a major head cold, I have two luming sharing times to plan for tomorrow and a major need for some serious "quiet time." So... in a couple hours, Jake will be loading Kennedy in the car, they'll be headed to McDonald's for lunch, maybe get both their hair cut and then off to the nail salon to get Kennedy a manicure. Yep, you heard me right- Jake's taking Kennedy to the nail salon! And no... it wasn't my idea. Solely his. What a great dad, right! So... stay posted. I think I'll be sending my camera along for this one!

missed you at breakfast, get well soon. I was sick 4 days this week, it was horrible.

That sounds like every little girl's dream of a day! I'd love to see the pictures too! I wonder if he'd come home from the nail salon with a few pink toes or something to surprise you :)
