Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve this year. It has to be, by far, my most favorite day of the year. We spent Christmas Eve with my family this year. The morning was well-spent preparing for our evening with a yummy breakfast of homemade cinnamon rolls and sausage. Later in the day, we went to my parent's house for the festivities. We were so happy my sister and her family from California could join us this year. It completed the family having everyone we love there. My girls were in heaven having so many cousins to spoil them with attention.

And I was pretty happy too, to have so many nieces and nephews to spoil!

Dinner was amazing and the night filled with many heart-warming thoughts and blessings. There was much laughter, tears and joy felt.

Ireland, however, managed to find the conversations rather boring...

But, she happily awoke in time to play baby Jesus.

And Kennedy and Pieper were happy to play the angel as well as the star.

It was one happy evening for all.
And luckily, we managed to get home just in time for Santa to work his magic...
