I am very new at this bread-making business. But, after a few trials and errors, I think I finally got it. A perfect recipe (that even I can do!) that makes a fabulous bread. I think I'm hooked. So, in lieu of buying bread at Costco today, I bought a 50 lb. bag of bread flour instead. I think it'll be homemade bread from here on out family... Bread-Making 101

I know you will share the "perfect recipe", but I want to assume it to be an open invitation to come when the bread is just out of the oven. I'll bring the butter and jam ... just let me know when! Hugs ~

ok, seriously...what is the recipe? It looks so delicious. My homemade bread usually tastes good but the texture is never quite right.
