Pieper had her first preschool field trip the other day. Thankfully, inbetween the rain showers we've been experiencing lately, the clouds parted and the sun shone on us the entire time. It was lovely. We all met at Mosby Farms in Auburn. Pieper was excited, but by the look on her face in most of these pictures, you can't tell. Since Kennedy has morning kindergarten, she got to tag along too. She thought it was "cool" being the big sister.
They took an exploration through the corn maze...
Discussed all the different kinds of pumpkins they saw...

Had a delicious snack right in the middle of the pumpkin patch...

And learned the rules of picking out their very own pumpkin!

Kennedy was more than happy to guide Pieper in the process of picking out "a good one."

And in the end, I think she was pretty happy with her choice.
