Puyallup Fair

Last Wednesday, we took took the girls to the fair after school. Because it was the only forecasted nice day of the week, we weren't the only ones with that idea. It proved to be super-crowded- not a favorite with Jake & I. We quickly grabbed dinner, if you can call a Krusty Pup, such and set out to explore. We visited the animals, walked straight past all the vendors and picked up a few tickets along the way. We met up with some of Jake's family for about 10 minutes total before getting split up. The girls went on a few rides (those with the shortest lines!) and then we let them play one (guaranteed) game to win a prize. They were more than thrilled with their new ladybug and bumblebee. We stopped by on our way out to get the famous elephant ears and those were worth the trip in and of itself. The night was fun, a little hectic with Ireland wanting to run around everywhere, but we survived and had a little fun along the way too.
