Saturday afternoon was Kennedy's first dance recital. She did SO good- we were very proud! She did two numbers- a tap one first and then a darling ballet number. She was very excited to finally be able to wear her "Sleeping Beauty" costume and have her family there to watch. I don't think she was a bit nervous. Jake and I wondered how'd she do once she hit the stage, but to our surprise, she did awesome! Not the least bit shy and she actually performed both numbers the best she had all year. I think we were grinning from ear to ear the whole time. I'm looking forward to many more years of recitals. And so is Jake. :)
