This was our second year in the row coming to our ward campout.
We almost didn't come because of this little guy.
Rivers and fires and too much space to roam gave Jake and I major anxiety.
But, we prayed and hovered over him like a hawk and within 15 minutes of being out of the car, he looked like this.
We camped right beside our good friends, the Balls.
We spent the morning sampling each other's breakfast goodies.
And the kids spent the morning throwing rocks in the river.
This little guy could've stayed there forever.
We then packed up our camp as quickly as we set it up.
And hit the waterslides.
And then had a picnic at our favorite spot before heading home.
I love these four.
