On the first day of winter break, we stayed home and recouped from the weekend. Cleaning, laundry and bike riding is what we did. And then an quick impromptu trip to pick up Katie.
On the second day of winter break, we went ice-skating and to grandmas. The girls had so much fun.

On the third day of winter break we recovered from our busy, gone-all-day the day before kinda day. Playing with friends and gymnastics was all it took. And thankful that grandpa & grandma were able to come watch along with daddy. Dinner at IHOP with the grandparents perfectly ended this nice and relaxing day.
On the fourth day of winter break we surprised daddy at work and had lunch with him. He was so happy and loved showing us off. We even got to test out our lungs! Afterward, we made a quick trip to IKEA which resulted in ice cream at the end.
On the fifth day of winter break, Pieper had a fun playdate with Addison and then it was over to Laci's house for a sleepover! Bags were packed first thing in the morning and they all anxiously waited until it was time to go over!
And here we are on the sixth day of winter break. Mommy is enjoying a quiet house while Crew naps, daddy works and the girls play. Life is good.

Looks like you guys had a fun Winter Break and are enjoying the last bit of Winter before Spring kicks in. Fun peeking in on what you and the kids have been up to! Hopefully we'll see you guys soon over Easter possibly? Take care.
