For Pieper's 6th birthday this year, we had a camping party!
But, for starters, the day always begins with donuts and balloons for breakfast.
We had the party that evening and the plan was to have it outside. Well, as all NW birthdays go this time of year, we had to resort to plan B- inside! But, we didn't let the rains stop us- we just set the tent up inside! The girls had great fun making bead bracelets and necklaces, eating their hotdogs and chips, opening presents and enjoying their cake and ice cream inside the tent.
But when the rains did depart, we quickly sent the girls outside for a nature scavenger hunt. They loved running around the park looking for pinecones, leaves, etc.
It was a wonderful party with lots of screaming, running around, giggles, scary stories and a very happy birthday girl.

3. She can do about the best running cartwheel you'll ever see and even one-handed
4. She is a very good drawer
5. She loves to make people laugh
6. She loves to snuggle... A LOT and EVERY NIGHT... about midnight. :)
