Happy 5th Birthday, Kennedy!

Kennedy celebrated the big "5" yesterday! What a good day she had! She woke up to a huge balloon bouquet in her bedroom and her very own sprinkle donut on the special birthday plate.

Before daddy left for work, she got her big birthday gift- a new bike!

Afterwards, we got ready for dance class and she was able to celebrate her birthday with treats for all her dance friends. A couple of her friends joined us for lunch at McDonalds. The girls squeeled in delight the whole time!

After a much needed nap for all of us, we rounded out the evening with a small celebration dinner at Chuck E' Cheese. Our friends joined us along with both sets of grandparents. The girls had a blast trying to round up as many tickets as they could. Thanks to daddy and our friend, Troy, they walked away with quite a few prizes!

No party is complete, of course, without a princess cake for quite the little princess.

Thanks to very generous friends and family, Kennedy had a blast making her way through the gifts!

At five, Kennedy is a very sweet, thoughtful yet strong-willed little girl. She is a great helper to her mom, a through and through daddy's girl and a very protective and loving big sister. She loves preschool, loves her friends and loves anything girly. She still believes she's a princess and adores anything "pretty." As parents, we are so grateful to have Kennedy in our family. We have no doubt she will excel at setting a good example to her little sisters. She is very tender-hearted and intuitive which make simple moments with her very joyful. She is close to her Heavenly Father and carries a sweet disposition with her. We love you very much, sis!

Happy 5th Birthday!

Who would've thought that cute/sweet girl would've pushed my boy down a big wall many years ago? :) Just teasing...she's grown and changed so much and now she's such a big girl! So cute. Happy 5th birthday!

Her sweetness just oozes out of every picture of her. Happy Birthday! So she'll be in Kindergarten this fall, right? I love the ladybug shirt (5 because she's 5?). It looks like a perfect birthday day!

Looks and sounds like a birthday full of FUN!!! Chuck E Cheese must be the place of choice for five year olds...Spencers been saying he's having his b-day there for months, although the other day he was getting a poll from the other kids if he should go to the Rian Forest Cafe instead, so we'll see...Kennedy sure has grown up into a great little girl!

Happy Birthday Kennedy!!! She on her way to growing up now. Alan and I were just lamenting about how old Taylor is and how fast it has gone. I remember her turning 5 like it was yesterday. It goes by fast!

I can't believe Kennedy is already 5! They grow up too fast. We too had a 5-year-old party for Hayden at Chuck E' Cheese. I think it is fun once but he wants to go again this year for his birthday. Ugh!
